No Training: We do not use your data, prompts, or completions to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Our API service acts as a strict pass-through proxy. When you send a request to our API:

Requests are processed in real-time and immediately discarded from memory after the response is sent.
We do not write your prompt or completion data to any database, file system, or long-term storage.

2. Logging

We maintain minimal operational logs required for security and rate limiting. These logs contain:

Timestamps
Token usage counts
IP addresses (purged automatically)
Error codes

Operational logs never contain the content of your requests or responses.

3. Third-Party Providers

We route requests to upstream providers (e.g., Google Vertex AI). We have Enterprise agreements in place ensuring that these upstream providers also do not use data submitted through our API for model training.
